CLASSES - HANDS-ON COOKING CLASSES

Our Hands-on classes are available Monday- Sunday (7days) at anytime, and are three hours long. These classes include preparation of 4 to 5 menu items, the recipes, a New Orleans School of Cooking Apron, as well as, House Red and White wines, Abita Beer, iced tea and coffee. And of course after all your hard work is done, sit down and enjoy! Prices start at $110 per person with a 4 person minimum. We can accommodate up to 80 people. Pre-payment is required and reservations can be made through the sales office.

Hands-on classes are perfect for family reunions, school groups, corporate clients or as a fun alternative to just going out to eat. If you would like to throw in a little competition, we also offer our hands on class in a teambuilding format. The guests are divided up into groups and each group is designated a course of the meal which they must prepare. The guests are then judged on teamwork, taste and presentation of their dishes
