Cut, Season, & Sauté Like a Pro!

Special participation classes are available for groups of 8 or more. Cook & eat an authentic Louisiana meal! In this highly interactive class, groups actually cut, season and sauté a complete dinner with one of our expert chefs, and afterwards they are able to sit down and enjoy the meal they have just created.

You may select a four-course meal from our savory menu options, or you have the option of creating your own menu with the aid of our staff. These classes are not limited to “foodies” - all skill levels are welcome to join in on the fun!

Hands-on classes are perfect for family reunions, school groups, corporate clients or a fun alternative to just going out to eat. If you would like to throw in a little competition, we also offer our hands-on classes in a team-building format.

  • Available Monday - Sunday (7 days), at anytime
  • Require a minimum of 8 people
  • Classes are 3 hours long
  • Groups must be set - we do not put groups together
