TEAM BUILDING EVENTS

Team Building - Perfect for corporate clients, incentive groups, family reunions or school groups. We incorporate the best of our Hands-on Cooking Classes & Challenges with fun, humor and friendly competition.

The Basic Premise:

Our chefs will masterfully and delightfully guide the competitors through rounds of competition in which they must prove their culinary skills, intellectual prowess and their ability to pull together as a cohesive unit. The competition can get tough, but the atmosphere always remains fun and humorous.

Suggested Formats:

A) Cook-Off Challenge - Competitors are divided into equal teams and assigned a table with the same variety of ingredients. Each team must creatively work together to prepare a dish without a recipe. We can accommodate groups of thirty to one hundred and fifty guests, based on location availability. $105.00 per person (Inclusive)

B) Cooking School Olympics - Competitors are divided into equal teams. The teams are guided through four rounds of competition including Cake Decorating, Drink Mixology, Price is Right and Culinary Challenge. We can accommodate groups of thirty to one hundred and twenty five guests, based on location availability. $120 per person (Inclusive)

Both Challenges include: Open Self Serve Beer, Wine and Soft drink Bar, Food Station Of Pork Loin & Crawfish Risotto, Gourmet Table of Assorted Cheeses, Assorted Fruits, Assorted Vegetables & Spinach Dip.

**To make each event more challenging we suggest to pipe & drape each station, there will be an additional expense to do this for each station. Price is available upon request.

The Reward: One team will be declared a winner based on points accumulated throughout the Event. Points are based on: Presentation, Use of ingredients, Teamwork and Taste. The New Orleans School of Cooking can provide door prizes that will be awarded to the individuals with the best effort, biggest disaster and the no clue award.

Award Suggestions: Winning Team- New Orleans School of Cooking chef hats or gift baskets Last Place Team- Cookbooks, they need it. Assorted Prizes- Mugs, Spice blends, oven mitts, and dozens of other items.
