Private demonstration classes are available daily at anytime for groups of 25 people or more. We'll be happy to assist you with menu and amenity suggestions tailored to your group's interests and personality.

$25.00 per person for groups of 25 people or more.
The demonstration classes also include a praline demonstration with any menu selection and a copy of the recipes for all of your guests. The meal is served with Iced Tea, a coffee station & Abita Beer (a local brew) and Lemonade.
A minimum of 25 guests required. Maximum guest capacity of 200 guests.
Additional Room rental fee may apply for groups over 65 people.
