The demonstration classes also include a praline demonstration with any menu selection and a copy of the recipes for all of your guests. The meal is served with Iced Tea, a coffee station & Abita Beer (a local brew). Abita Root Beer is substituted for Student groups.
Upgraded menus are available.
A minimum of 25 guests is required for any private groups and a maximum of 200 guests.
