Our expert chefs and staff will work with you to create a menu that is custom designed to meet the food preference of your group. We will help you build a four to five course meal including an appetizer, soup, entrée, side and dessert that accommodates the interests and personality of your group. The guests are the chefs in this class!!! They will actually cut, cook, sauté and prepare a complete dinner with the aid of a chef and afterwards they will sit down and enjoy what they have just created.
Our Hands-on classes are available Monday-Sunday (7 days) at anytime, and are three hours long. These classes include preparation of 4 to 5 menu items, the recipes, a New Orleans School of Cooking Apron, as well as, House Red and White wines, Abita Beer, iced tea and coffee. The class is $140 per person with a 8 person minimum. We can accommodate up to 80 people. Pre-payment is required and reservations can be made through the sales office.
Bar, Gourmet Stations and Wine Pairings are also available for an additional fee.
