Group Demonstrations

Groups of 25 or more guests are eligible to arrange private versions of our popular demonstration classes. We will be happy to assist you with menu and amenity suggestions tailored to your group’s interest and personality. These classes are great for organizations, school field trips, spouse activities and other get-togethers.

Please select one dish per course. The meal is served with water, iced tea, lemonade, and Abita beer (a local brew). Coffee station available. Copies of the recipes included.

Price:  $25.00 per person

A minimum of 25 guests required. Maximum guest capacity of 200 guests. Morning, afternoon and evening classes available. Classes last approximately 2 hours. Additional room rental fee may apply for groups over 65 people.
